Labor: -Residential - $ 88.00 / hour then

$ 44.00 / every 1/2 hr

$ 22.00 / every 1/4 hr

Rental Properties: (No service fee if 4 or more) $ 88.00 / hour

Remodel Properties: Will have to give a bid

Leak Locate/Detection: $ 325.00 hour then

(Both Residential and Commerical) $ 60.00 every 1/2 hour

Camera Line: $ 200.00 hour

+ $ 25.00 (if recorded)

Drain Cleaning/Rooter: (No service fee)

Stopped up toilet/Auger/Plunger: $ 98.00

Snake a lavatory drain: $ 98.00

Kitchen sink drain: $ 115.00

Pull toilet (tub bucket): $ 165.00 / hour

Vent on roof drain: $ 195.00 / hour

Main line / Outside drain: (w/clean-out) $ 165.00 / hour

*Main line outside rooter comes with a 30 day warranty if you have a clean-out.
